Immediate Support. Unexpected outages can severely interrupt your work flow. We employ several methods that

allow us to respond to these service requests as quickly as you require.

Remote Support. Remote support allows for fast response to service requests that may not require a site visit.

Remote sessions are billed at your regular service rate with 30 minute minimum charge, billed in 15 min increments

thereafter.

Scheduled Maintenance. Monthly or quarterly scheduled maintenance visits will ensure that all aspects of your

business I.T. systems are checked, tested and maintained on a regular basis. We have found that many critical items

are overlooked when proactive maintenance routines are not in place. Your OnSite account manager will meet with

you to discuss a maintenance schedule that will fit your business requirements.

Dedicated Account Manager. OnSite will assign you an account manager that will provide a single point of

contact for the majority of your service requests. Dealing with the same individual on a regular basis ensures

efficiency and promotes a better business relationship.
